Greetings Brother,
We made it to the other side. The world hasn’t completely fallen apart, but we are still here. I’ve been thinking about how important it is to stay calm and vigilant. This is especially true during times of apparent turmoil.
As you’re getting older, you’re seeing more of the world and how it works. You’re also able to reflect back on your own experiences and how you’ve been able to make it through.
It’s when you are calm and are able to think about how to make the next move that you’re most effective. The past few years have not yielded the change we hoped for, thus over the next few years we’ll have to fight for the change we want.
The fight for equity will never end, but that does not mean you should stop fighting. I hope you feel inspired and charged up for this task.
